Walking throughout the 1st Division barracks Lieutenant Arashi Kishu constantly keep a steady pace. Nodding to the other constantly moving 1st Division officers the Lieutenant drew closer, and closer to the Sotaicho's office. Looking down at his sword the Lieutenant would smile once before focusing back on the tack at hand.
"Lieutenant Kishu! Lieutenant Kishu!"
Stopping Arashi found himself interrupted by their current 17th seat, Mataki Sinohara, he was breathing heavy as he tried to catch up with the Lieutenant. Arashi let him catch his breathe before nodding to him to deliver his message.
"Sir I was asked to deliver this message to you. The 11st Division has once again begun fighting, and several members have been admitted into the 4th Division barracks. We reserved this report minutes ago."
Smirking slightly Arashi thanked the man before continuing towards the Sotaicho's office. The 11st Division was quite the place to train when wanting to learn to fight. The whole squad was made up for front line fighters so it was a great place to train. Arashi himself had spent over a decade training to better his swordsmanship, and he helped him gain the position he was in for these past years. It wasn't uncommon for a few of them to be sent to the 4th Division and it wasn't uncommon for them to pay more visits then any of the other Divisions combined. Arashi had seen it all but with the First Division they received all information. It wasn't urgent news but still it would be best to inform the Sotaicho.
Standing before the Sotaicho's office Arashi knocked a few times announcing his arrival.
"Lieutenant Arashi Kishu. Requesting permission to enter. Captain Commander Sir!"

"You may come in," a tired voice replied from inside the office. As Arashi opened the door he was confronted by a sight that should have been unusual, but was sadly business as usual. Leaning against his desk in its usual position was the zanpakuto Havon in its sealed sword form. On the back wall there was a bookshelf with several different novels, scrolls, and textbooks. While most were pertaining to various martial arts, a few seemed to be histories of the Gotei 13 and the shinigami in general. Zafaron Uriuc, the Sotaicho of the Gotei 13 and former leader of the battle-crazed 11th division, was sitting quietly at his desk. One of the older captains and perhaps the strongest of the group, Zafaron was feared by shinigami and hollows alike for his great strength and deadly weapon skills that had vaulted him to the highest position in shinigami society. This position had only been cemented after the Shinigami/Espada war when he had managed to hold back the Primera before a group of old shinigami joined the battle.
However on this day it seemed he had his usual enemy to deal with. Nearly obscuring the large form of the Sotaicho were 4 huge stacks of papers from various divisions about pretty much everything. There were expense reports, data about hollow activities, letters from the other captains, and numerous reports about the damage left over from the war that still had not been repaired yet. The sheer number of papers that were covering Zafaron's head and back seemed to suggest that there had actually been 5 pillars of paper before aggravation had led a fist to slam into the desk.
With a slight twitch in his eyelids Zafaron looked up at his lieutenant. "Do you have something to report? If it is another piece of paper..." he let the words hang menacingly in the air. Ever since the war the amount of work he needed to complete on a daily basis had increased several times. A few of the people in the first division had started to worry that it had managed to unhinge him slightly. However those closest to him knew that the ones to worry weren't the shinigami, it was whatever hollow he released that aggression on that needed to say its last prayers.

Stepping in slowing at first Arashi only slightly smirked as Captain Commander Uriuc was once again stuck with a pile of work. Arashi couldn't relate fully to the duties of the Sotaicho but as his Lieutenant he himself was also forced into doing a lot of work. Giving messages to the Lieutenants while also keeping the morals of the 1st Division high, not to mention the increase in training he put himself through while also dealing with his orders from the Sotaicho. In a way it was very time, and energy consuming. Arashi's diet had increased as he was being forced to put forth more energy into his work then before. All around things got a hell of a lot harder after the war.
Narrowing his eyes at the thought of the war Arashi's reishi reflected his thoughts. It was like taking a everlasting fire and combing it with boundless sorrow together they formed the Arashi of today. The hardworking constant training devil of a man who pushed himself each and every day. Arashi however couldn't show his emotions to the Sotaicho in a time like this.
"Greetings Taicho. I came to report that the 11th Division has once again admitted several members into the 4th Division for treatment. It seems our old squad is doing well."
Smiling lightly Arashi reached into his sleeve, and pulled out a single piece of paper. Waving it around in the air softly to show that he indeed had come with what the Sotaicho didn't want to see.
"This is my report of our Divisions current standing. In light of the War our Division has taken on two to three times the amount of work we have have to deal with. Let alone individually the Divisions training sessions have increased leaving very little off time for seated officers. This has resulted in increasing the divisions food supply while also increasing our expenses. Furthermore the Squad as requested for the attendance of Captain Commander Zafaron Uriuc to take part in the introduction of new members fresh from the Academy. They feel with fear still in the hearts of many of the academy students as well as in many of the squads a few words from you would increase morality."
Smiling Arashi ran his hand down a tall stack of papers on the Sotaicho's desk. Smirking before peering down to his Captain. he could tell in his eyes that he wasn;t happy with all the paper work. Hopefully this added work would allow him time to walk off some of his stress, while Arashi on the other hand knew a better way to let the Sotachio release some pent up frustration.

As the Sotaicho and his Lieutenant spoke another figure sat on the reeling near the Sotaicho grand view of Soul Society. He was the 2nd Division's Captain Nashihiko Kishu. Head of the High branching noble Kishu family and Commander-in-Chief of the Stealth Force. So it wasn't uncommon for him to slip into an area without others knowing. Yet as he was in the Sotaicho's office he knew his presence was known, even if his extremely lower reaitsu could be hard to pick up on. What surprised him tho, even if his blank and cold stare said otherwise, was the fact that in the same room as him and the Sotaicho was none other then the head of the Lesser branch, Arashi Kishu. This was oddly disrupting.
Staying in his seated position Nashihiko simply gave the Sotaicho a none once he would look up from his work and indirectly give Arashi a cold shoulder. Nashihiko had nothing to really say to him as his report of the happening of the lesser branch wasn't do for another two weeks. Till then he was nothing more then the Sotaicho's Lieutenant, which i a way did give him extra cool point, yet not enough.
