NPC Thread

Alright guys, I figure that as the plot goes on we might need to get some NPCs for battles or for conversation and such. Rather then just having PMs sent to me each time and, if reused, having to resend it when I inevitably forget about them, we should just have a thread for them

Basically whenever you need to make an NPC, just post them in this topic with their names, some powers for approvable, and a blurb about what race they are and why they are in the topic(s) you need them for. If they need to be reused in later threads just repost in this topic later with the same info along with the new topic you need the character for.

Keep in mind that you are only allowed to make NPCs up to a lieutenant level in power unless given express permission by the staff ahead of time which is exceedingly rare as the staff will normally take care of characters that powerful anyway.

Also NPCs should be used sparingly and, unless the situation seriously requires it, not without also controlling one of your regular characters as well. For example if Kuketsu is controlling an NPC hollow in a topic, the character Kuketsu should also be interacting in the topic as well. This is to prevent members from just using NPCs to rack up large numbers of posts. Also keep your character and NPC interactions to a minimum. I do not want to see members only fighting or talking to themselves using NPCs.

For my current NPCs:

Name: Vizard Maker
Powers: Changing shinigami into Vizards. Other abilities unknown.
Info: Pretty self explanatory. The creator of the Vizards and the sorta head of the organization. Appears whenever I need to give information to the Vizards or create activity for them.

Name: Robert Goldstein
Powers: Can turn regular objects into spiritual objects for a period of time. Can make gates similar to Senkaimon to transfer 4 people to other locations on Earth. One of the Superhuman Overseers of America he is mostly a taxi for the Superhumans so they can appear in the topics that have activity going on. Is currently trying to increase his gates so they can transfer people to the Rukongai or Hueco Mundo.
