Zanpakuto Spirit Appearance: Okamitono no Shijin's spirit appearance takes the form of a tan skinned man, wearing a wolf pelt over his head as a hood and a cape, his glowing orange eyes the only part of his face visible from inside of the wolf head. The man wears a tunic and tattered pants, and walks on his hands and feet, both which have long, sharp nails.

Zanpakuto Spirit Personality: Okamitono no Shijin is a fierce and violent spirit, who believes the best way to end a battle is by overpowering his opponent. He is extremely jumpy, arrogant and hot-headed, and is constantly filled with bloodlust. He tends to go dormant should Sendo go long distances without fightin and can be loud and obnowious should he believe that Sendo needs help fighting an opponent.

Sealed Zanpakuto: Okamitono no Shijin takes the form of a standard katana in its sealed state, the diamond pattern on its hilt being black and white and the hilt is octagonal, four trapezoids cut out of the design.

Shikai: Okamitono no Shijin's shikai takes the appearance of a katana with a black blade, a wolf's head replacing its hilt

Shikai Ability: Okamitono no Shijin is a condensed reiatsu blade. Its blade is capable of creating energy arcs that either immediately fly towards the opponent or can be charged for more power, allowing them to become faster and stronger. He can also charge these arcs before he releases them, but he cannot create another energy arc while charging it this way and cannot use techniques. Arcs charged this way cannot use techniques. Only three of these can be summoned at a time.

Techniques:

Mochidzuki: Sendo creates a maximum of three reiatsu arcs in front of himself (these arcs are subject to the rules of his shikai) which then spin, forming a barrier in front of him. The number of arcs affects its strength.

1 arc: partial Tier three protection, will break from most tier two or above attacks.
2 arcs: tier three protection from most attacks, partial tier two protection, will break from most tier one attacks.
3 arcs: Partial tier one protection with breaking chance, greater tier two protection, powerful tier three protection.

Ikiryo: Sendo transforms a reiatsu arc into a clone of himself, its power, speed and appearance based upon the charge of the arc. The clone cannot take a hit, however and is constricted to one attack once it rushes at the opponent.

Mikadzuki: Sendo holds Okamitono no Shijin out as the mouth of the sword head begins to absorb the reiatsu of the blade, consuming it and charging it. It then releases the reiatsu in a violent burst of corrosive energy. When this technique begins, all of the blade arcs fade away.

While the whole clone thing is weird at best if that is what you want then fine. I am assuming that no charge is rather weak while full charge is pretty strong. But can it do anything else besides attack? Talk, move? Or just attack and vanish?

Lemme think... they don't talk, but they do move I suppose. If you mean dodge, that ability is limited, they can only curve their path towards the opponent. It's basically what you said, they rush at the opponent, attack with the blade and disappear.
