Name: Virgil Crowley
Age: 23
Years Since Gaining Superhuman Powers: 10
Gender: Male
Current Location: Japan
Occupation: Spy
Rank: Overseer
Appearance: Virgil stands in at 6'4, and looks to have a muscular build. He has medium length brown hair, and a matching goatee, which is well kept. His eyes are a deep shade of green, almost emerald. He has a tattoo of a valkyrie on his left shoulder, and a bull's skull on the right, which has flames coming out of the nostrils. Along his chest is also a couple of gunshot wounds, and a scar from his right eye across his nose.
For his attire, Virgil wears a black trench coat with no t-shirt underneath of it, jeans, and black steel-toed boots. Instead of a normal belt, he wears a chain around his pants to support them. He also wears a gold necklace with nothing acutually on the chain.
Personality: Virgil isn't the most abbraisive person on the planet, but his short temper combined with a heavy sense of skepticism, and his love of sarcasm, make him unbearable sometimes. Also, his thick Russian accent makes his English, among other languages, very choppy, and when he's pissed off, nigh impossible to understand. Simple words become some kind of horrible English-Russian mix when he tries to tell an American to fuck off, and when they don't understand him, he only gets even angier, and starts using his fists.
He also has a penchant for smoking whenever he does start to feel agitated by another person. So if you see him light up a cigar, cigarrete, or anything else you can smoke of that nature, and you're within five feet of him, you should probably run away. Fast. and don't look back until you're 50 feet away.
Fighting Style: Virgil doesn't tend to stop keeping up the fight until either himself, or his opponent, is dead. It also consists of him constantly being on the offensive, and using his surroundings to his advantage if he sees the need. He also fights dirty if he's outnumbered or outmanned, and will resort to some of the oldest tricks in the book- For example, if fighting in the snow, he'll scoop some into his hand and throw it into his opponent's eyes. He fights to either win, or survive- and will do so at nearly any cost.
Background: Virgil was born in Moscow, Russia, and raised by layed back and lenient parents. They hardly ever cared for anything he did, and as long as he got through the Russian educational system in one piece, they didn't give a damn. It wasn't until Virgil started to lift weights when he was 13, with dreams of playing american football, that his powers first manifested. He was attempting to bench press at least 300 lbs when his arms gave out, and a few of his friends tried to help him out. Metal quickly covered his skin, and he forced the bar upward... and into the ceiling.
Being declared a freak, Virgil quickly ran back to his house, and to his parents. Realizing they could sell him to any country in the world for profit, the young man packed his bags, and struck it out on his own. He became cold and despondent from the rest of the world, and once he reached 18... he was recruited by the government of Russia to be a spy.
Being a spy for the Russians led him all over the world, letting him learn new languages, and experience the best- and worst- of other cultures. It was during various missions, he realized there were others like him- while they couldn't coat their skin in metal, he learned that they had other powers, some going far beyond the impossible. He decided to join up with them, and after learning how to better control his powers, became the Superhuman Overseer of Russia. He has sinced loved his position, and the power that comes with it.
However, this easy-going period was cut short when the Espada attacked Moscow, nearly wiping the city off of the map. This prompted Virgil to join the fight against the Espada, and rather than send in his men, he went onto the battlefield himself. He managed to come out of the ordeal alive, but it had some heavy mental costs, especially when a couple of his comrades were killed in the conflict.
