Appearance: When in his normal form, Aram resembles the epitome of a nerd. He has large, squared-off glasses over his eyes, a unique prescription needed to give him sight. Although his hair is naturally black, he dyes it silver once a week. His fandom requires no specific hair color, so he instead dyes to match that of his idol, Mannosuke.

His body is entirely devoid of muscle, leaving an upper body as flat as a prepubescent girls’. His lower body is almost pure white, never having seen sunlight for more than a few minutes at a time. However, this is almost impossible to tell, for Aram is almost always seen in a dark green spandex suit. The only part of his body visible is his head. He wears a tan fanny pack in this form, over the spandex.

When he transforms into Otaku form, Aram goes through large changes. Various parts of his body change into phallic shapes, and the adjoining muscles bulge out dramatically. Although this happens all over, the change is most dramatic when his arms are bulked up, going from the size of a twig to large, football-worthy biceps. Comparatively, his legs go through minor changes, only growing out to what a normal person would likely have.

Personality: Seemingly incapable of holding anything back, Aram speaks exactly what is on his mind. He doesn’t change or hide who he is for anybody, just acts as morbid or carefree as he wishes. To this end, he’s often seen talking openly about how someone looks, or humping Mannosuke’s leg when he gets anxious.

As a leader, Aram tends to have his troops support Mannosuke’s. Despite how rarely he’s actually seen fighting alongside them, they follow his orders every time. Instead of helping out where he’s told to, he often sneaks away to assist Mannosuke in his missions.

Fandom: Persona

Background: As an infant, Aram’s father abandoned him and his mother, leaving that incredibly frazzled woman to raise him alone. The man, named Adam according to his mother, had left because of her inability to lead a semi-normal life.

Always afraid to leave her house, she would have friends bring crates of soup to her house so that she could feed herself and, later on, her child without having to deal with the big scary black things. It was due to this habit of hers that she got the nickname ‘K-K-Krista’, a mixture of the KKK and her actual name.

Every night before tucking Aram in, she’d pray to Freud for guidance and polish her shotguns for safety. It was in this environment of Freudianism and phallic gun worship that he was raised; only getting a taste of something else when he snuck out of the house the day after he turned eleven.

His first act as a free pre-teen was to sell some of his mother’s shotguns for a PSP and a copy of Persona 4 Portable, something that’d been released that year. While planning the escape, Aram had used the internet to search out the game most dominated by Freudian thoughts, as based on what his mother preached.

It was a shoe-in for Persona when he caught mentions of a dark green character named Mara, a phallic monster perched upon a golden chariot. Between the ties to his name and Mara’s and the appearance of that Persona, Aram was hooked.

After picking it up, Aram sneaked back in and began playing his new obsession. The violence, the sexuality, the Freudianism! They all appealed to his young mind, and he couldn’t get enough of it.

Having been converted to the Cult of Mara at such an age, he found it easy to hide it from his increasingly-paranoid mother. Over the years, he read countless doujinshi and fanfiction. It was only when he was sixteen that he awakened to the dormant powers his mother had always screeched about.

With the dawning of his Superhuman powers, Aram quickly discovered that they enabled him to take the form of Mara. In course with his life, these appeared at the worst of times. He’d been in a shouting match with his mother when the anger changed him. One moment she’d been telling him that Freud would hear about his insolence, the next she was shoved up against the door to his room by a very Freudian appendage.

Wandering around smaller towns in California, he was quite a sight. Especially once he made his way into San Francisco. Whenever he accidentally released his powers, guys from all over would demand pictures with him. As he’s said now, Aram suspects it was all the publicity along with the constantly-leaked reishi that made discovering him so easy for the Superhumans.

Once he was found out by the Overseer of that area, Levi Colton, all Aram could do was thank Freud himself for allowing it to happen. From first sight, or first smell, he was hooked on what he called a perfect specimen of manliness. The determination to help this man fueling his actions, Aram worked hard enough to prove himself in record time.

He spent a month or two working his way to Levi’s side, and then a few more months there before fate dictated another change that would occur. On the day of a meeting of the Overseers, he was ‘recruited’ by a wandering Otaku leader known as Mannosuke. As the much larger male has explained countless times, it was quite difficult not to assume Aram was meant to be an Otaku, by the way his arms transformed into dark green phalluses when he was training.

Whisked away from the only area he’d ever known, Aram found himself clinging, both metaphorically and physically, to the one thing that he knew he could trust: Hot guys. He made sure never to distance himself from his new obsession, getting the uber-masculine male anything he needed. Most of the time, this meant bringing him food or writing down the greatest of his rants, but on occasion it meant bashing heads in and being his sparring partner. That’s all he’s really done these past years, having nothing better to do.

Damn, this guy has some SERIOUS issues. Although, if I had a mother like that when I was growing up, I think I'd be pretty messed up too. Thankfully I didn't.

Oh wait, what was I doing again? Oh right.
