| Name: Shinra (In Bankai becomes Shinra Banshou)
Zanpakuto Spirit Appearance: HisZanpakuto's spirit is a beautiful female with silver eyes and a veryslim body. She's about 2 inches shorter than Syn. She is very pale andstronger than she looks. Her name is Shinra. She weighs about 130pounds, but that's mostly her height. She wears the sort of Gothicattire with black nails and black clothes(shirts, pants, etc.). She hasone lip piercing on her lip and she wears black eye liner.
Zanpakuto Spirit Personality: Shehates cocky people because she thinks that it isfoolish to be cocky andwastes time from your current objective becausecocky people seem todrag things on. She hates when people talk andtalk and talk, but don'teven know what they're talking about.Thickheaded people basically. Shedoesn't like to beat around the bush,she just wants to cut to the chaseand get it over with.
Release Phrase: "Burn to cinders, Shinra!"

Level: Bankai
Sealed Zanpakuto: HisZanpakuto in its un-released form is its regularsteely kind of colorwith a black Chinese dragon emblazoned along theflat part of it whichsymbolizes the fire based attacks he uses. Thehilt of his Zanpakuto isblue.
Shikai: Whenhis Shikai is activated, his Zanpakuto burns whitehot and blue flamesslowly lick at the tip of the blade. These blueflames are very hot, butcan be put out. It would take a lot of waterthough. But when they areput out it takes 3 posts to get them back.
Shikai Ability: Gives the wielder more resistance to fire based attacks.
Bankai: The fire surrounding the sword gets bigger.
Bankai Release Phrase: Shinra Banshou
Bankai Ability: Gives the user even more resistance to fire based attacks.
Techniques: "Burn in flames, let no one escape!" (Shikai & Bankai)
Power:Whenhe twirls his Zanpakuto in a circle, he will slowly make a ring offirearound him and his opponent. Kobato stands in the middle of thering andhis opponent on the other side of him. This ring is 10ft indiameter andcan be expanded.Thering can be expanded to fit more people, but it willdrain more of hisreiatsu. Since the ring slowly forms it gives Kobatoa 2 post chance atescaping as it does any other person.
Every post that passes by, the ring will gradually pull inward. After 3 posts it will burn anything inside of it.
Limitations:This attack drains 20% of reiatsubecause it is a very strong attack. Heusually uses it once in a battlein order to finish off his opponents.Expanding the ring by a meter onall sides drains 10% more reiatsu. Thisring takes 2 posts to fullyform and when it's formed it's possible toescape, but is verydifficult. When the attack is finished the flamesdie out ratherquickly, but the dust in the air clears in 1 post.
Fireballs (Shikai & Bankai)
Hecan also shoot flames from his blade. Like fireballs. They're about thesize of baseballs, and tend not to be verystrong. The stronger he makesthem the more reiatsu it drains. The morereiatsu he uses will make themstronger and larger.
Limitations:This attack drains about5% of his reiatsu, but he can also make themstronger, depending on howstrong he makes them more reiatsu will bedrained. The only limit tothis attack is how much reiatsu he hasbecause the more reiatsu he pumpsinto the attack the more powerful itbecomes and the bigger the blast.
Hecan only shoot 3 at a timeand they travel about 5 meters. They tend tobe fast because of theirsize, but the more power put into it the slowerthe fire balls will be. Has a cooldown of 1 post.

Dragon's Rage
WhenSyn uses this move, his dragon tattoos begin to glow as well as thechinese dragon imprinted on his blade. He will be able to shoot fireblasts, shaped like chinese dragons. Syn can make them as big as 1 regular size house max.
Thesedragons are made of blue fire and will produce 1st degree burns on thevictim. If enough reiatsu is put in it, it can have the power tocompletely burn a person so they are nothing but dust. That may or maynot however, put them in a coma or indeed kill them altogether. <---(The user)
Has a 1 post charge time, with a 4 post cooldown.

| Just want some clarification about the "Ring O' Fire" technique. Is the objective of this tech to isolate opponent(s) and prevent them from entering or leaving the ring? If so, it needs some clarification. If not, then I need your interpretation of what Synyster wants to accomplish with the tech, whether for offense or defense.
Fireballs needs a cooldown, and I don't particularly like that Dragon's Rage can be made into any size based on reiatsu. I think a reasonable size-restriction would be nice, as well as charge/cooldown times.
I think the only other thing that negatively stood out is the spacing, or lack thereof. Made it hard on the eyes the longer I read it. Just a suggestion. | |

| Ring of Fire tech.
Couple questions.
1. You say that the ring is around the two of you then that Syn is on one side with his opponent on the other. Which is it?
2. Clarification: The ring takes 2 turns to create and then 3 turns before vanishing right?
3. Is there any thing preventing your opponents from just leaving the area surrounded by the fire by flying out of it or something? Do they have to be like bound or weakened to have a chance to be hit by its full power.
Dragon's rage. Is it either Shikai or Bankai? You didn't clarify. Also you still didn't give a cooldown for it and I think it should at least have a one turn charge. | |

| 1) It's around the two of us.
2) Correct.
3) Yes, that's pretty much the purpose of the move, to be a finishing move. So yeah bound or weakened.
4) Dragon's Rage is Bankai and I have edited in a 1 post charge with a 4 post cooldown. | |
