Zanpakuto Spirit Personality: Berzarka talks in a very old manish manner. He speaks to Mitsuomi in a grandfatherish way not only telling him about his ways but letting him know that whenever he needs him he is there. Together they have a unbreakable bond.

Shikai Ability: During shikai Berzarka can manipulate earth and it's various forms, mainly dust/earth particles in the air and in his surrounding. The more land the high degree of manipulation he has. While in shikai he can collect dust particles in the air to form a wall of earth, turning the ground under his feet into quicksand, Or to form cubes and much to smash to the enemy with. His most noticeable manipulation being it's ability to guide dust particles, which can smash together to form solid earth based substances while even mid air.

Bankai Ability: During bankai Berzarka creates a row of earth whenever Mitsuomi swings his sword. Dust is first blasted out in a wave motion and then solidify s itself into a wall of earth. If in the air the wall is created then crumbles and falls.If Mitsoumi stabs the ground or air directly under him he can create a pillar of earth that extends 60 or so yards into the sky. While being 20 feet wide.
Techniques: Smashing Ground: Taking his fist, or sword Mitsuomi can strike the ground forcefully creating a row of spikes directly in a straight from the point of contact, up to 60 yards, while the spikes are 20 feet wide and extend only 30 yards in the air.

Rock Slide: Using a large amount of dust within the surrounding area, or earth, Mitsuomi creates a box made of durable earth substances. It first acts as mud to hold the enemy still and after a turn it hardens and then shapes itself into a box. The air supply is very limited but easily broken through if one can manage to escape from the mud. Charge: 2 turns Duration: 2 turns for mud to trap enemy. 1 turn before it hardens. Then it lasts 2 turns unless destroyed or broken free from. Cooldown: 5 turns.
Dust Shooter: Collecting large amount of dust around his weapon Mitsuomi can fire the dust in various forms. Simply dust for a smoke screen, harden them and shape them like spikes and fire them, small pebbles that can serve like small shotgun blasts, etc. Charge: 2 turns Duration: 4 turns Cooldown: 7 turns
