Personality: Mitsuomi displays a calm, contemplative personality, which stems from years of anger management. Also in a indifferent mood Mitsuomi comes across as aloof and uncaring. Beneath this trait he is a highly perceptive man with years of battle experience. His cold demeanor allows him to stay completely calm and in control in most situations, and he is not easily surprised or caught off-guard.
Under this act of clarity Mitsuomi is also quite brutal, displayed through his over whelming physical strength and size. Due to this Mitsuomi has shown that he has no regard for his other allies or friends, going so far as to harm anyone that gets in his way.
Despite being a indifferent person, he is cold, ruthless, and calculating when fighting. Once he is done fighting, however, he reverts back to his aloof, giant self.When pushed to the front as a leader he simply gives one order. "Stay out of my way."
Although he's known to be a violent fighter, Mitsuomi's actions tend to be for the best. Due to this most Vizards find safety standing with him as he doesn't fight for himself or others but for peace. His attitude towards shinigami and Espada being that of one who deeply loathes them seeing them as the reason war has broken out.
Inner Hollow Personality: Mitsuomi's spirit is actually very cunning and refers to him as partner. Together the two have a strange teamwork like friendship going.

Fighting Style: Because of his large size, being 7'5, Mitsuomi isn't know for speed, or using 'tricks' as he calls Kido. He uses his monstrous physical strength, and overwhelms his enemy with sheer brute force. Despite his seeming disregard for any strategy in his fights and his self-admitted aversion to thinking during battle, Mitsuomi is a very insightful man, regularly showing more understanding than one would expect. While he admits to having no common sense, Mitsuomi is actually very perceptive and notices traits in people that others wouldn't noticed and sees what drives a person's actions.
Perhaps due to years of combat experience and time on the battlefield, Mitsuomi has a very large degree of physical strength. During battle he uses this to his advantage, dealing huge amount of damage through powerful punches, and kicks while using his bodies large frame for defense. Above all else Mitsuomi prefers to fight head to head, becoming enraged when his enemy resort to use the terrain as a shield or to hide from him.
While not relying on the most advanced forms of unarmed combat, Mitusomi's shown skill at brawling hand-to-hand fighting using his phenomenal strength with great skill. This form of combat is what he excels in when not engaging in swordsmanship. However Mitsuomi's skill with his sword was honed to a master level, due to years of training and battles, letting him strike multiple times with changes of attack type (from slash to pierce) without any difficulty. Combing this was his strength allows him to overwhelm most of any who would try and fight him head to head.
Background: Mitsuomi was born within Soul Society and from there things were normal. Other then being taller and stronger then other kids his age he was about to fit in perfectly till his strong spiritual pressure began to effect his family. Due to this he departed for the Academy.
It was once he joined the academy that he came into a roadblock. His size and physical strength were to much for any academy student to bare and even teachers had a hard time sparring with him. Because of this he was sent in the 11th Squad for training. During this time Mitsuomi came to terms with his size and how many people feared him because of it, and at his young age it was very rare to see someone that big, being 6'4 by his first academy year.
For another 100 years Mitsuomi trained and battled with the 11th Squad. His swordsmanship and physical strength admired within the ranks. For a while their were talks of him becoming Captain before long and as the current 12th seat Mitsuomi couldn't bring himself to believe such things. It wasn't till another 50 year did he finally learn his shikai.
With the addition to his shikai and his amazing growth, now being 7'1, Mitsuomi was given the rank of Lieutenant of the 11th Squad where he served another 45 years till he unlocked his bankai.
After this discovery he was given the rank of Captain in the 8th squad. By this time he was an amazing 7'5 and towered over the remaining Captains. For another half century or so he would continue his training while fighting countless hollow threats. it would be on one such mission that he came face to face with the Vizard Maker whom gave him power. Mitsuomi, having doubt about Soul Society and it;s ways, accepted and became a Vizard.
Because of his size and leadership capabilities he was asked to become one of the High Elites, but refused believing it to be to much work and would get in the way of his ideals. Which were to kill the hollows and open Soul Societies eyes to the truth behind their actions.
During the war Mitsuomi fought against an entire squad of Meno class hollows. Using his bare hands and Vizard mask he battled them all and killed everyone before he was attacked by a hollow twice his size. he looked down on the Vizard with arrogance, and believed that with only a single punch it could end the battle. That resulted in Karakura Town missing it's residential section while also ending the Hollow life. For the past years Mitsuomi has trained and become more of a team player. Taking up the leadership role when asked and protecting the young stupid Vizards.
