| I agree with Kuro, double speed and power is too much IMHO, unless you're Captain class with Seated Officer level power, or if that's pretty much all you get out of it with techniques etc. | |

| The amount of increase in speed and power is still too high. And your Mask technique cannot be twice as powerful as your original technique. It could be a more powerful version, but it can't be twice as powerful. | |
