Superhuman Overseers
In charge of the superhumans that have joined together, the Superhuman Overseers are a group of 10 Superhumans who have been given power by the other members of their race. Unlike many of the other races, becoming an Overseer is not just about physical power. Some overseers are those that wield political influence or are major players in the economic world. While some have given power due to their actual strength, a CEO or a Governor may be mixed in with the group. Despite appearances, the unity among the Overseers is extremely low. They each come from varied backgrounds and have different feeling on why they gained powers, and how they should use them. They have only joined together due to their common goal of protecting the other superhumans
The Overseers can choose to either vote amongst themselves with a 6-4 needed for majority, or can vote to include the generals in the total vote. In case where it is a 5-5 vote to include the generals, then the generals will be included. Each Overseer has an equal power in their votes. The leader of any meetings is the person who lives in the location where the meeting is being held. The meetings switch between locations so that no one person is the leader each time.

Superhuman Generals:
The offensive force of the Superhuman group. Usually subordinate to the Overseers, they can join in the voting if the Overseers wish it. Each General is given a specific area that it is in control of. The General is then in charge of all of the Superhumans in that area and also given the task to scout for any new humans that have evolved into Superhumans. All of the Generals are of an equal rank.

Requirements:
1. If you are given a spot, YOU MUST BE ACTIVE. This is especially true for the Overseers. There will be activity checks periodically so be ready for those. Any absence must be reported.
2. You must post in paragraph style. I do not want to see Overseers posting two sentence posts. Anyone caught doing this will be warned by the staff. Failure to improve will result in being removed from your position.
3. All Overseers and Generals must be approved by the mod squad or the admins before they are given that position.
4. Your Roleplay Sample must have been approved for high-ranking positions before pursuing the rank of Overseer. While Generals do not have the same requirement, it is highly recommended that you be at least above average, as a General spot is not without its own expectations.
To change rank:
To ascend in rank from a Superhuman to a Superhuman General or from a Superhuman General to a Superhuman Overseer it is necessary to have a ranking battle with the person whose seat you wish to take. The above requirements must also have been fulfilled. If your original RP Sample does not allow you to ascend in rank, it is required that you create a new one and receive approval from the staff before you can make a challenge.
1. If you wish to challenge, you must make a post in this topic and send a PM to the person you wish to challenge.
2. An admin or mod must then be notified so they can judge the battle.
3. If a person cannot battle at the time of challenge, they must PM the admin or mod describing why they cannot. Failure to do so will result in automatic removal of rank.
4. During battle in the Position Battles Forum, if someone does not post for 48 hours, the other automatically wins by forfeit.
5. The Superhuman ranks are not set up in a specific number order. A Superhuman can challenge any General and a General can challenge any of the Overseers. They all have equal power, thus the numbers have no true significance.
6. If you have challenged someone, regardless of outcome, you cannot challenge again for one whole week. The person challenged also cannot be challenged for an entire week.
