Vizard Ranks

Elite Vizards

The Vizard Race is lead by a council of ten Vizards that have been chosen due to their experience and power. At the top are the three High Elites. Most of the decision making power lies with them. Any disagreements are then put to the seven Lower Elites. The seven Lower Elites can then come with a decision by majority vote. While the High Elites normally can enact whatever they agree on, an unanimous vote from the Lower Elites against the High Elites can overturn the High Elite's decision. The 1st High Elite runs any meetings among the elites, but has equal power with the other High Elites in voting and all other matters.

Requirements:

1. If you are given a spot, YOU MUST BE ACTIVE. This is especially true for the High Elites. There will be activity checks periodically so be ready for those. Any absence must be reported.

2. You must post in paragraph style. I do not want to see Elites posting two sentence posts. Anyone caught doing this will be warned by the staff. Failure to improve will result in being removed from your position.

3. All Elite Vizards must be approved by the mod squad or the admins before they are given that position.

4. Your Roleplay Sample must have been approved for high-ranking positions before pursuing a High Elite Vizard rank. While Lower Elites do not have the same requirement, it is highly recommended that you be at least above average, as even Low Elites are not without their own expectations.

To change rank:

To ascend in rank from a regular Vizard to an Elite Vizard or from a Lower Elite to a High Elite it is necessary to have a ranking battle with the person whose seat you wish to take. The above requirements must also have been fulfilled. If your original roleplay sample does not allow you to ascend in rank, you must make another one and receive staff permission first.

1. If you wish to challenge, you must make a post in this topic and send a PM to the person you wish to challenge.

2. An admin or mod must then be notified so they can judge the battle.

3. If a person cannot battle at the time of challenge, they must PM the admin or mod describing why they cannot. Failure to do so will result in automatic removal of rank.

4. During battle in the Position Battles Forum, if someone does not post for 48 hours, the other automatically wins by forfeit.

5. The Vizard ranks are not set up in a specific number order. A vizard can challenge any Low Elite and a Low Elite can challenge any of the High Elites. They all have equal power, thus the numbers have no true significance.

6. If you have challenged someone, regardless of outcome, you cannot challenge again for one whole week. The person challenged also cannot be challenged for an entire week.
