Personality: Alucard spends all of his time cosplaying. He has forgotten everything and everyone of his past. That includes his name. He wears a costume of Alucard and never takes it off. It is of the finest qualtiy and made especially for him, just like the sunglasses. He always puts in red contact lenses and has undergone surgery to replace his teeth with vampiric fangs.

Alucard considers himself to be better than everyone. He is very confident and witty, and always has a few funny comebacks ready. Irony and sarcasm is all over him. Nevertheless he respects authority... Eventually. He'll always try to get it his way until it pisses off the one with authority.

He always thinks about himself, even when put in a leadership position. He just orders people around and make them do the boring stuff so he can have all the fun. He cares little for everyone else. Everytime he's given a job, he gets it done his way and then procrastinates the field report. Sometimes he even procrastinates the job when he thinks it's not really important.

When he's alone he just walks around doing what he wants and have as much fun as he can. Alucard loves fighting, killing, guns, violence, blood, zombies, other undead and virgins. So when he says he's out having fun, it's almost certain at least one of those things is involved.

Overall, he can be labeled as an asshole. He'd do anything to get things his way and doesn't give a damn about others. Lying, cheating, showing disrespect, etc., he does all of that.

Background:
Steve had always been an asshole, ever since he was a kid. Picking fights at school, tormenting the teachers with his bad behavior. He had no friends, but he didn't need any. Everyone in school made sure they stayed the hell away from him, especially on the 1st of april. But ofcourse, nobody succeeded. He always found the right victims. Luckily for him his parents were rich and just bought him into the next year of school, even though he failed practically every class.

During puberty he was also quite the pervert. He never let the girls alone, they were always the victims of his jokes and pranks. Though his jokes didn't remain innocent. He was actually to blame for two people committing suicide. Ofcourse, his parents' money kept him out of trouble. But he didn't care, he laughed at it.
He was a fan of metal and gore anime, the exact opposite of what his parents wanted him to be. So after a lot of trouble he stole a lot of money, a few millions, from his parents transferred the money to his bank account and ran away at the age of 18.

He spent years and years of his life drinking and fucking. He joined gangs, ended up in fights, killed some people, ended up in jail, broke out of jail, changed his identity a couple of times and... made a lot of money thanks to drugs. Though never did he quit anime. And Hellsing was his favorite. He adored vampires and other undead madness.

Though one day, during another gang fight, he got shot three times in his right shoulder. As he fell to the ground a saw his blood pouring out of him. He placed his hand on the wound and then licked up the blood from his fingers. He then felt a strange rush of energy through his body. He fell down and stayed down for a minute. Everything went black but he could still feel everything. He felt the pain and the pleasure of dying, but it never ended, he never actually died. When he opened his eyes, his vision was incredibly sharp, he could see all of his blood returning into his body, his wounds healed and he felt rejuvinated. He suddenly had very long, black hair. His teeth had turned into fangs and there were strange, glowing tattoos on his hands. The gang fight still wasn't over though. So he took two guns of fallen gang members and started shooting. His accuracy and aim was perfect, he killed most of the members with a headshot between the eyes. His speed was incredible. He could see when his enemies were about to fire and his body reacted immediately. His gang was about to lose but thanks to him, they had sloughtered their rivals. The strange energy faded away, his hair shrunk back to normal length, his teeth returned to normal and so did his vision. He found that very disturbing, he felt like he needed glasses.

Curious about this power, he went doing research. Eventually the Superhuman Organization crossed his path and he joined in. But as always, he made quite some trouble and they wanted to kick him out, kill him even. But before their hate for him could grew any larger he learned that there was a subsect group of Superhumans. The Otaku. After having learned more about them and their powers. He felt like that was where he belonged. And this time, he would be slightly more obedient. He didn't want to mess that up. When Japan came with a plan to end anime, the Otaku Organization broke off of the main branch and came with a plan of their own to stop Japan from succeeding in their mission to . He had proven himself strong enough to become Lieutenant. Even though his powers were rather new to him in comparison to others.

Determined to stop Japan. Steve became Alucard in body and mind.
Steve James was dead.
