Name:

Zanpakuto Spirit Appearance: (Is it a humanoid or an animal? Big, small, medium sized? A specific color? A picture will suffice.)

Zanpakuto Spirit Personality: (Optional. Useful if you intend to talk with your spirit every so often or if you are going to train for Bankai.)

Release Phrase:
(Can be a short phrase or long. Just depends on your preference. If it is in a specific language, please include a translation.)

Family:
(Youcan pick up to two family types though one is preferred. Examples are:Fire, shapeshifting, Metal, Magnetism, Gravity, Plants, Lightning ect.)

Sealed Zanpakuto: (Describe what your Zanpakuto looks like normally. Picture will suffice.)

Shikai: (Describe what your shikai form looks like. Picture will suffice.)

Shikai Ability: (Thisis any passive ability that occurs naturally with the sword. Such asalways being on fire or making the air around it extremely cold. Youcan have multiple abilities but please be reasonable.)

((Elder Shinigami have developed the ability to summon two separate forms of their Bankai. These two are at least slightly related to each other and it takes a whole post to switch from one form to the other. An example is Byakuya's ability to switch from just controlling a mass of petals to controlling swords made of petals.))
