Released Description: Tartaraxs upper face is covered by what would look like a bears skull and a fur skin covers his back and goes to his hands and stops at his elbows as his hands are covered in large clawed gauntlets made of pure stone that is colored white. His lower body still has his clothes except his feet which are wrapped in bandages and the toes are clawed.

Resurrection Ability/Ultimate Attack:
Cero Quebradura (Cero Fracture)- Tartarax focuses his brown cero around his stone like bear claws, this power is used for long range combat. Upon activating this ability tartarax will shove his claws into the earth with the fronts pointed towards the oponet and he will rip them out towards the direction of the enemy causing the earth to split in a straightword fasion towards the enemy but instead of there being a gaping hole where the slashes are they emmit cero. This move can be used twice per thread.

Techniques:
1-Tierra Quebradura (Earth Fracture): Tartarax can slam his claws into the ground creating a small earthquake which can create chasms in the ground which can make his opponet plummet into the darkness. The chasms are small and about 10 feet long and 5 feet wide.

Cooldown: 1 post

2-Canto Rodado Compresión (Boulder Crush): Tartarax focus on the stone around him and lift them using a form of telekinesis he can only do and use the stones as projectiles or even as defensive capabilities to block attacks, he can lift 5 stones in total with a 5 post cooldown, so if he lifted all 5 stones at once he would have to wait 5 posts to use all 5 again but can use 1 per post.
Duration: 5 posts before he looses concentration and drops the rocks
Cooldown: 5 posts before he can use it again

3-De Barro Púa (Earthen Spike): Tartarax can focus on the earth around him and create spikes that will shoot up in a 360 degree fashion and go a total of 30 feet from his position, he has the ability to do this 2 times with a 4 post cooldown.

Duration: 2 Posts the spikes stay summoned
Cooldown: 4 posts before he could summon the spikes again

You really need to work on cooldowns, duration, and cast times for your techniques. As they are now, there's no real info and the lack of information kind of stops me from doing anything. In addition, needs more information overall. Why can he only use Canto Rodado for offense? I'd also honestly suggest redoing Rascar Cero, it just doesn't seem to fit.

Ultimate needs a cooldown, normally ten rounds or more. The rest look decent, but I'd remove the part about using it twice before it goes on cooldown. For Barro Pua, I'd really like to see a one turn charge time tacked on to it. (Note: I'm going away for a bit, so I've told others to post on here if ya need help.)
