Sangre Segador (Isaac's Resurrection)

Released description: In Isaac's release his legs become blood red bat legs and raise him 1 foot taller. Although he doesn't grow blood red bat wings out his back he does gain an increase to speed. This increase in speed comes at a price lowering his strength just a small bit. His shirt disappears and he grows blood red fur from his neck to his legs but it doesn't grow on his arms or higher than his neck.

Resurrection ability/Ultimate attack:
Sangre Severo: In this attack Isaac's sword begins to glow with a Blood red aura. This aura enables him too attack with his Ultimate attack and if it hits the enemy any ability generated from their body is disabled for 5 turns. 10 turns regen time, and 1 turn charge time.

Techniques:
Sangre Escudo: When Isaac is cut the blood across the cut forms a thick shield of blood red armor. This armor takes three direct hits if the enemy is as strong as Isaac. more or less hits depending on how strong the enemy is. 6 turn cooldown

Septicemia: If any of Isaac's blood gets into his enemy, it starts to poison the enemy decreasing their speed and strength by a small bit but if the enemy is unlucky it can cause hallucinations. Lasts for 3 turns, 3 turn cooldown, 6 turn regen, and opponent can not be infected for at least 10 turns after first infection starts.

Sangre Espada: Isaac takes his left hand and cuts it from left to right on his palm to summon a sword of blood that becomes as hard as a real sword. this sword mimics his original sword but is completely blood red. Lasts for 5 turns. 6 turn cooldown, 7 turn regen, Isaac must wait until the cut heals up which takes 15 turns after the move ends

On Sangre Severo -

First off you don't explain what this ultimate attack is. Is it a beam? A bullet? A slash? You just said it gains an aura and nothing else.

Also unsure what you mean by any ability generated from the body. Do you mean they can't use any techs? Or that their passive abilities no longer work? The staff decided that the latter isn't going to be allowed but if it does stop techs then they can only be disabled for 2 turns.

Does Issac control when Sangre Escudo activates and can he cut himself to activate it himself or does it only work if an enemy cuts him? Also how big is this shield of blood? The size of a dinner plate, the size of a door? And finally when you say direct hits you mean like a regular punch, or slash right? Something like a cero or strong tech would break it easier.

Also you can bring the cooldown to 4 and maybe 3 depending on the answers you give.

I REALLY don't like Septicemia. Would prefer a different tech, one that doesn't poison the enemy plz. We try to avoid poision as much as possible. (Actually blood techs themselves are currently not allowed but I will edit that a bit because I think I can make things a bit clearer with those.)

Confused by your numbers for Sangre Espada. You say it has a 6 turn cooldown, but then a 7 turn regen and that he has to wait 15 turns before the cut heals. Usually cooldown means how long until you can use the tech again so if it requires the cut to heal that would usually mean it takes 6 turns to heal, not 15.
