| Virgil Crowley had his sniper shot lined up on his target. There was no wind blowing at all, and the only air moving was his breath. Virgil inhaled and held his breath to study himself, but when he tried to aim down the scope... something seemed off.
The air was frigid as all hell as snow slowly descended, and the moon barely lit up the rooftop the assassin was laying on. The city was dimly lit due to Virgil having to cut some power lines incase he had to make a hasty getaway. Under the cloak of darkness, Virgil was about to take his shot into the cold night, until...
An unexpected chill suddenly shot down his back, like something was wrong. He simply abdonded his post, and stood up, cracking his knuckles. "Alright, comrade, come out, and I vill not be breaking your nose and spine... eef I am in good mood." He said, trying to keep down his anger as much as possible. He could've been on the damned plane home by now, back to Russia, but he felt someone- or something- was up on the rooftop with him, and his mission called for no witnesses...

| As he landed on the building rooftop he spotted the said man peering through a sniper rifle, his backed turn, now would have been the best time to attack-Yet-this man wasn't weak or the very least wasn't one to get caught off guard by even such a small reaitsu level. As he turned around Nashihiko would simply give him a deep and serious glare.
Reaching for his sword the Captain let the moon's glow reveal him from the shadows he stood in. Short grayish-silver hair, and a pair of silver eyes to match. Nashihiko wouldn't be surprised if he thought he was just a child no older then twenty-one. Which such a baby face underestimation wasn't unexpected. It was warranted.

| "....Really comrade? One of YOU wishes to interrupt mein mission?" He said, and cracked his neck as he took on his metal form, and smiled from ear to silvery ear. He gave the shinigami the "come on" hand signal, and prepared himself for a rooftop rumble... after he slicked his hair back out of his face, of course. | |

| As the muscle bound simpleton flexed his muscles through the continuous use of ridiculous words and useless motions, Nashihiko had already drawn hi sword and was at the ready. Wielding his sword in his right hand alone as he watched his enemy from across the rooftop.
As metal covered the man;s body Nashihiko's eyes simply stared his mind formulating how hard it could be and if it effect him in any other ways then just fancy armor. He didn't to test it.
Bursting into a sprint Nashihiko's legs seemingly disappeared under his waist. As he crossed the rooftop in but a flat 30 seconds he slid to a halt directly before the Russian man. With a slash of his sword he looked to create a deep gash on the mans chest, bending at his knees so he could retreat out of the mans reach if needed.

| The metal was more than just fancy armor, and appeared to take the brunt of the attack well... except he seemed to be in pain from the hit. He quickly retaliated with a wind up, and a haymaker to the shinigami's face. The metal fist was clenched tight as it went along its course, the russian metal-man seemed to be a hell of a lot more pissed than before. | |

| Impressed with it's durability Nashihiko jumped back from the sudden fist coming for him and watched as it left a large crater in the building where he stood. Sliding back till he came to a stop Nashihiko only watched his enemy even closer, thinking of plans, and ways to combat the skins durability while keeping that dead glare in his eyes.
From what he could see the skin was of some kind of metal substance. It's strength was amazing to say the least as it could take a direct hit and leave literally no damage. On top of that the man under the armor was incredibility strong. His one punch packed much strength but it was terribly slow.
Forming of his cheek as he thought about his enemies speed a cut gushed out. His blood dripping on the floor as the vertical slash slightly stung. Not the least bit effected Nashihiko simply pointed his sword at his enemy and stood to his full height, the total 5'9 it was.
"Illuminate, Kyutensasu!"
As he spoke to his sword a light shined forward from it's blade as it consumed Nashihiko. Once it deemed down he stood with a type of rapier in his hands. Yet it's blade was the color of a katana's while his guard was a pair of angel wings with a fence wrapped over them, his hand was covered by the rolled guard of his hilt. The pointed tip of the blade shining slightly as did the purple stones in the middle of the hilt and at the end of the handle.
Eying his enemy as his shikai was revealed Nashihiko simply waited for the massive metal man to come and try him.

| Virgil grinned, and began to charge a huge amount of spiritual pressure into his body, mainly his left arm. While he was doing this, he simply whipped out a cigar, and struck a match against the metallic scar on his mid-section. "You know, comrade, I vould offer you ceegar, but zhen you would attempt to hack mein head off. I vould really like it if you, verhaps... came over here." He said, attempting to taunt Nashihiko into coming closer.

| All to happy to grant the mans wishes Nashihiko broke into a sprint again. This one slower then the other. As he closed in on the metal man he quickly jumped into the air and preformed several spinning whirlwinds before landing on the edge of the building the balls of his feet absorbing the full impact of his landing as he pushed off the concrete bordering and shot towards his enemy.
Before reaching him Nashihiko would place his free left hand on the ground and preform a front flip this time. Flipping several times before landing on the ground and coming across his enemies with a solid horizontal slash. With this he hopped to leave at least a cut, as he was now in his shikai, which due to training with it more then bankai, was his preferred state of battle.

| Virgil simply smiled, and smashed his fist into the ground. As he did this, his metalmorphing went into overdrive- metal spikes shot out of the rooftop and attempted to impale the Shinigami upon his descent. One false move ment him turning into swiss cheese, and Virgil was loving every minute of it. "WAS MEESTAKE FOR YOU TO COME ON ROOFTOP, COMRADE!" | |

| As he can down from the air for a landing his enemy had thought ahead and created spike out of the same metallic substance he was covered in. Flipping, and spinning as he reached the peck of the first spike Nashihiko slid down it before leaping to another one and bouncing between spikes till he was directly above his enemy. Even if it cost him a small slash across his left side he was fine his current position the most ideal as it left his enemy with opens and keep Nashihiko away from the spikes.
"Shine, Kyutensasu!"
As he spoke his swords second release phrase it suddenly burst as the blade was replaced by one of pure light energy. Pointing at his enemy from high above Nashihiko called forth: "Shiro Ikazuchi!!"
Charging much like a hollows cero a white ball of energy formed before Nashihiko's blade before firing out in a laser like fashion, the sizzling sound it creating growing louder as it closed in on the metal man. Nashihiko hoped to use the spikes as his own due to them blocking a large section of the building, his enemy hadn't move every much so with this attack be would have to take it full force or move out of the way. Meanwhile Nashihiko began charging another attack while till airborne.

| Virgil, seeing the attack coming towards him, ripped his arm out of the ground, cancelling out the spikes. He quickly ripped a piece out of the building, and threw it at the incoming beam to stop it. After this, without hesitation, he ripped a second piece out the buidling, this time throwing it at the Shinigami. | |

| Flipping and using his reishi to form solid footing mind air Nashihiko was happy the spikes were gone. Pushing off from it Nashihiko darted towards the building before flipping once again and swinging his blade. As he swung the second piece of building was cut in half. A piece of it hitting him in his open wound as he landed.

| "...I suppose eet is only good manners. Mein name is Virgil Crowley." He said, keeping his guard up. "But if you continue this silly bout, you will not live long enough to remember it, comrade." He commented again, wanting to wipe the floor with this Shinigami. | |

| After hearing the fools words Nashihiko could only let his eyes bear the shame of such poor language. His voice alone was enough to kill him where he stood, now it was time to see if his strength could hope to keep up.
Lifting his sword Nashihiko pointed it at Virgil, it's silver blade gleaming in the moon light before Nashihiko disappeared with a flash step. Reappearing some odd distance on the other side of the building Nashihiko fired another of his beams at the fellow before swinging his blade several times. The first blast was to distract him from the 12 or so light swords that were fired towards him. Of them all only 4 were aimed to hit him while the others were just there to serve as another distraction. Tho it didn't explain Nashihiko's retreat, in many ways.

| Virgil seemingly jumped off the edge of the building, but instead of simply falling to his doom, he was hanging onto the ledge for dear life. As the blasts of light passed overhead, the Russian agent climbed back up onto the building, looking pissed. He ripped out a pipe from the building itself, and hurled it javelin style at Nashihkiko, in the hopes that it would wind up pinning the Shinigami to something. | |

| As the human dived off the building Nashihiko took the time out to fire several light swords towards the edge of the building. Focusing his energy into the light swords as they began to dimly shine. As his enemy threw the pipe Nashihiko jumped back with a back flip, the metal javelin slashing across his shoulder as he dodged most of it. Completing his flip and sliding to a halt Nashihiko pointed his zanpakuto at the giant, and turned it like a key.
"Shiro Seichuu!!!"
Directly behind the metal, trying to use the element of surprise. Four light swords would float and connect via energy. Then quickly it would create another wall of energy to the left and right of him. If he could get him to stay in one place he could hopefully trap him. By the time he began extending directly in front of him Nashihiko only stared as the blood from his left shoulder lightly dripped.

| Virgil smiled, and pointed down. "Adios." He said, and smashed the ground below him with his foot. Instead of doing another technique, Virgil's foot stomp broke the roof beneath him, causing him to fall to the three story building like an anvil. He hit the ground just as hard, with the other floors helping him break his fall. | |

| As his enemy disappeared under the building Nashihiko balancing himself, and stabbed his sword into the building. Flaring his spiritual pressure the rooftop of the very building he was standing began to shake. Pieces of blocks, and materials once congested together to form the rooftop began breaking apart and rising into the air. As his mouth began opening, his voice echoing out as his boosted his power, a bright light would shine down below the school unseen by even Nashihiko, then it would fir upwards directly through the whole the Metal man made. Then lock the top would begin closing. If Nashihiko was able to capture him inside the rectangular box then his only exit would be the top, where he waited with his zanpakuto charging yet another attack. Taking into judgment the fact that he couldn't see the box forming till it past his feet Nashihiko felt confident that he had captured the man, but to make sure he would using the second part of his attack once the top of the box closed. | |

| By this time, Virgil had safely made his way onto the street, where he was lifting a car over his head. "Fool me once, comrade, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will not get caught up in your fuckeeng light show, now FIGHT LIKE A REAL MAN!" He said, and hurled two tons of metal at the Shinigami, pissed off with his opponent's display of lights instead of actually using his sword. | |

| Exhaling deeply as the metal man escaped his attack Nashihiko own stood on top of the building as the Man threw more metal at him. Jumping from the building Nashihiko preformed several spins and flips mid air to dodge the metal, but left shoulder being cut as he landed on the ground. Staring at his enemy Nashihiko only watched him closely. Pointing his sword at him before dashing forward. | |

| Virgil tried to kneel down and get the shinigami to flip over his shoulder, but bad timing caused him to get a severely wounded shoulder. Red blood seeped from the cut, and Virgil examined it. He growled, and attempted to bash Nashikiko's head in with his bare hands. The anger that had built up in him was about to fly loose, and nothing was ready to stop this metallic bull from charging. | |

| Lifting his sword Nashihiko was able to block the first of the blows, the second and third overpowering him as he was sent flying into a car. Coughing slightly from the smoke Nashihiko stood and took his stance. His blood dripping down the left side of his face as he began swing his zanpakuto around and around.
"Heaven Bows Down Before the God of Justice: His Piercing Light Cries On The Steps of Oblivion, Bankai! Senshibantai Kyutensasu!!"
Stopping the rotation and pointing the sword towards Virgil Nashihiko watched as his sword turned fully white and and white flames danced across it's blade. Along with it's release Nashihiko's reaitsu released itself fully. The tremendous amounts of energy pouring from somewhere locked deep inside Nashihiko. The aura trapped within his cold eyes shining brightly as his white reaitsu licked against the ground.
"Come with it!" | |

| Virgil cracked his neck, knuckles, and back all at once, releasing a little reitasu with each crack. Before Nash' could make another strike, or even blink, Virgil had charged at him full speed, and unleashed an unholy barage of kicks, punches, and even headbutts. The enraged Russian was acting very much like a bull now, and would probably even charge head first at the Shinigami if he so much as even alterted his present fighting style.
By now though, Virgil wasn't even thinking about fighting styles. He just wanted this guy dead.

| Watching the slow metal mans failed display at speed Nashihiko knew he could easily outmaneuver him so he began to charge an attack till the giant was within range and he pushed off from his last position. Virgil first unleashed a furious wave of kicks punches and headbutts. Dipping and dodging through most of them Nashihiko got within range of Virgil and made a slash for his left hand as he was about to punch him. With the current state Nashihiko was in and bankai being unleashed his cutting ability was magnified ten fold.
What Virgil didn't know what that with each swing of his sword several more were left in it's wake. So his one slash to Virgil hand wasn't just a single attack but seven in total. Light swords would follow the trail made by his sword before disappearing at the point where Kyutensasu became potential. With this little surprise Nashihiko hoped to cut the mans hand off fully. While ignoring the two or three blows that cut his right shoulder, and left calf.

| Virgil realized that his speed was obviously outmatched by the Shinigami, so he decided on the next best thing, and match his fighting skill by acquiring a weapon of his own. He punched through the building next to him, and ripped out some of pipes used for the water-heater. He quickly tried to bash Nashikiko's head in with the pipe, brutally, and tried to finish off the Shinigami... with a knee-shot to the crotch. | |
