The Halls of Los Noches were silent and Hezro loved it. He had just finished a series of vital tests for a rather meaningless experiment yet gained him no interesting information. Since he failed to find something interesting to do he diecided to walk through the halls of the hollow stronghold. It wasn't the most interesting of things on its own, but every now and then he would be glad he went.
Hezro turned his head left and right, looking at the walls as he quietly walked. He figured he was somewhere between his own section of Los noches, the rather boring primera's, or the semi-interesting trecera's. He didn't often leave his section so in a sense he was lost. A sudden pain in his arm stopped him. He gripped his scarred left arm and locked his teeth, trying to control the pain. He had random stabs of pain every now and then becasue of his battle-scar.
The pain reminded him of the war two years ago. His face changed into a more angry one and he began walking faster. He saw an opening into the inside of the domed part of los noches. He stopped and looked out into the sands as the fake sky loomed overhead. The place was peaceful, such a weakened state the Espada were in. Hezro shook his head in disapproval.
"We should be in Seireitei by now drinking the souls of the finest caliber like fresh wine." He said to himself. All his dreams of knowledge from the shinigami archives were crushed to after the lose of the war. They were so close to, if it hadn't been for those damned old men.
Hezro had first thought he was just unlucky and the captain commander had come to fight him, but afterwards, the primera also said he fought with the commander. He also said his fight was interupted by an elderly shinigami as well. Apparently, a group of old shinigami had come to the rescue to save them. One broke through the primera's resurreccion and another almost cut off Hezro's own arm.
Hezro snapped out of his trance and sighed. He then closed his eyes a moment, to gain his bearings again, and then continued down the steps to the last step before the sand. He sat down on this step and shifted himself around until he was comfortable. He then began staring into the sands again.

A cold chill filled the air, and Hezro could tell that he was no longer alone. A couple of feet away, Crystal was sitting behind a sand-dune, making ice sculptures of the various Epsada in the palm of her hand, trying to waste time until the next meeting, or whatever she was supposed to go to. She kept his up until she felt another prescense.
Then, she peaked out from behind her sandy hideaway, and stood up after seeing another humanoid figure. The current ice sculupturette, the one of herself, disappeared as she looked up at Hezro looking into the night sky. "Bonjour Hezro. What brings you here this fine evening?" She said, stepping out into the open to greet her fellow Espada. "You're looking melancholy as ever... why the long face? Those big, mean nasty Shinigami got you upset again?"

Hezro noticed the Trecera at once, regardless of her ability to make her surroundings colder. She wore her reiatsu loosely, apparently doing something that involved ice, like she usually did. He almost asked why she was bothering him, that is if he had forgotten that he was close to her quarters. He didn't forget though.
"Relaxing, isn't it obvious?" Hezro said in a slightly annoyed tone, not even bothering to look at her. He was still looking into the sands, it was one of the few things he did to relax. The shape of the sand was tranquil, and brought him back to his days as a adjuchas. He finally looked toward her when she mentioned the shinigami.
"This is coming from a girl who spends her time making sculptures of her comrades. Are you bored or just too useless to do anything else? I'm starting to wonder which." He said harshly to remind her of his position over her. It was true that he was in a bad mood, he hadn't had a decent experiment in over a week. He always became rather offensive when such things happen. He knew she was just bored though, the primera hadn't called for a meeting for some time now. Some wished what he did all day long, Hezro included. It was about time for them to do something and if not him than Hezro would alone.

Crystal frowned, and hung her head. "...Wow, you just really woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. I just come up, trying to make conversation, and here you are being hostile... sorry I ever tore my mask off." She muttered. "But in all seriousness, I think you just need to relax. Sure we haven't had a meeting in a while, but maybe we can just go on a random slaughter or something. That always cheers you up, right? I know it does for me!"
Despite being this perky and happy on the outside, on the inside, Crystal wanted to rip Hezro's head off and punt it across the dunes for calling her "useless." In her mind, this was probably the worst insult next to "dumb blonde" or skank, and resented it highly. If this were someone below her, she'd probably have embedded an icicle in their chest... but hecause it was Hezro, she had to play nice, even if it meant bottling up her anger.

He watched the girl as she was surely in frustration of his comment. He was actually surprised she didn't begin instigating a fight, he would remember that for later. Atleast she wasn't foolish which was a good thing. He then listened to crystal's proposal to go on a slaughter.Hezro considered the plan while she finished. As far as he was aware, the primera hadn't issued orders not too. He also was running low on test subjects.
He was only against for one reason; if they attacked the shinigami would come after them. Hezro wasn't sure wither or not the primera would be ready for that yet. In fact, he knew very little about what the primera was doing and it bothered him. He had only seen him once or twice after the war and it was only very briefly.
With the single reason alone Hezro figured the shinigami wouldn't dare enter Hueco Mundo without good reasoning and a simple slaughter wasn't it. In fact, Hezro had already come up with a plan to eliminate the shinigami. He would bring it up at the next meeting. He then realized he had been giving a small grin and changed his expression back to his original relaxed one.
"A slaughter might not be good for the primera. If he is planning anything and we act ahead of him, it would ruin all that he has been doing over the last two years. The last thing I need is a scolding. However, If we just go hunting at somewhere not all that populated, the shinigami would assume we are just feeding instead of planning something. But then again, a captain would surely come if they got information that the segunda and trecera espada were in the world of the living." Hezro said verbalizing his reasoning.
"Whatever you wish to do, I'm rather bored here anyway. nothing is new anymore." He finally said as he began getting up from the stairs, it was the first time he had really moved since their conversation began. He now looked at her waiting for a response.

Crystal rubbed her foot into the sand, her head still hung, and her hands behind her back. "I was just trying to look for something to do... you didn't have to say it like that and be mean." She had taken off her sandals, and was enjoying the feel of the sand beneath her. "It's not everyday we Espada get a dull moment... I just wanted to talk, and here you are saying I'm useless...." She said, biting her bottom lip.

Hezro was starting to become irritated with her. She wasn't acting like an member of the espada, instead she resembled a child that didn't get her way. Hezro turned away in disgust and started heading towards the doorway back into the espada quarters. He stopped half way up the stairs however and turned back to her.
"Maybe you should prove me wrong then. " He said as he cocked his head toward her, with the rest of his body still facing the doorway. He looked at her a moment longer before resuming his ascension towards the doorway.
"I'm going to prepare to visit the world of the living. Join me if you like, company doesn't bother me, just don't talk to much." He called back to her as he walked up the stairs.
He wanted to visit the world of the living anyway, being cooped up in hueco mundo for so long bothered him. He needed a change in scenery every now and then. This was one of those times. He didn't care what the primera thought, he would receive a scolding at the worst if anything. In truth, Hezro was starting to wonder if the primera still qualified for his position. He didn't vocalized this thought, just dwelled on it. He would continue to do so too, until he knew the answer.

Crystal decided to follow, cursing him out in her head as she went along. Thoughts of driving an icy dirk through his chest about fifty or so times flashed before her, but the risk was too great- sure she could easily stab him and leave him for dead, but the Espada would try and do the same thing to her.
She muttered some actual curses in French as she followed him, seeing as how he only seemed to know English for the most part.
